lol eruann, no easy way for it.. my stamina is seriously shit too due to some condition but to train it there's no easy way out ler..

have to be progressive aerobic exercises

actually i feel if u can run at 8km/sec for 15 mins thats not bad at all.. and if ur legs feel wobbly thats due to muscle adi not endurance

yes uncle but she is trying to train her stamina when her legs canot even support it.. so she either has to train the endurance of her legs or strengthen it and then start thinking bout stamina..

but ppl normally get use to it after a while.. the muscle fatigue part

and razor boy is spot on too.. it IS very difficult to build muscle if u don't lift HEAVY and eat HEAVY.. im talking for males.. not to mention females..

u do 1 million reps of an exercise ur muscle wont grow also if it's not heavy enuf

alex u got alot of work to do man haha.. u need to reduce ur fats to like very low but then when u start building muscle u gotta eat alot.. really important.. need to watch ur diet.. alot of hardwork
