The reason you go out breath is bcos
your body is too weak & no proper nutrient.What you shud do is achievable stamina training first. Not going far range that you cant even achieve.

sometimes u feel that ur leg still full of power, but your breath cannot catch up and you are resulting in very deep breaths each step u take. means u lack stamina.
