yes uncle but she is trying to train her stamina when her legs canot even support it.. so she either has to train the endurance of her legs or strengthen it and then start thinking bout stamina..

but ppl normally get use to it after a while.. the muscle fatigue part

if she overtrains her legs she might develop more muscles on her leg which might make it look big.

stamina and endurance are 2 different things i guess.

sometimes u feel that u still can run, but ur legs tell you they cannot make it already. means it lacks of endurance.

sometimes u feel that ur leg still full of power, but your breath cannot catch up and you are resulting in very deep breaths each step u take. means u lack stamina.

trust me, she wont overtrain it, ure not doing squats at the gym, ure just running, and besides, she wont be eating meat like mad, technically she cant get muscle bulging thighs. and considering she is just going to go for 30 minute jogs, it can tone her muscle , but not possible to build bigger ones

and razor boy is spot on too.. it IS very difficult to build muscle if u don't lift HEAVY and eat HEAVY.. im talking for males.. not to mention females..

u do 1 million reps of an exercise ur muscle wont grow also if it's not heavy enuf

it would only strengthen ur muscle, giving u better endurance AND stamina, but not , bigger muscles
