But for min price of rm600k it's quite steep for ordinary folks, thinking of getting DSL in Tmn Damai Utama instead even poor built quality, expecting return of 40% or more once the Kinrara Residence & LRT extension are complete in 3 years time.

current owner here at DU. its worth it, area is cozy not crowded or congested. road access is ok. to think of it rm600k is quite alot jz thinking next door house are 300-400 initially but yea house prices of landed property going up in a crazy way. if waited summore i think wont be able to afford one. better decide now. someone was right, workmanship is on the rough side but the buildup is huge. even though its 22x75 but feels much bigger. I have registered myself in their webpage but I did not receive any acknowledgement email from them. I am wondering whether the registration was done properly or not? Anyone received acknowledgement email from them?

Got, register yourself first. Wait for Mah Sing to invite us for preview. Who knows we can also witness a WW2 bomb at there too...

Hmmm I am wondering whether the minimum price of 600K is true or not since Mah Sing group always launch landed properties more than 1 mil. Probably it is a leasehold project. I think this project will snap up like hot cakes during the launching date.

Called them before and being informed that the indicative pricing for 2 storey = RM600K and 2.5 storey = RM700K. Hopefully this is true, else have to look some where else already.
In their website, they mentioned secured and guarded, is secured=gated?

Would like to share my personal experience with mah sing. On the 1st day of preview of garden residence in cyberjaya, I was there with my wife to look see look see. We arrived at the preview hall at 10.30 am and was impressed with the house. A sales person recommended 3 storey semi-D to us and told us got 2 good units left and price at RM900,000.00 but need to decide fast coz is selling fast and that we need to pay RM30,000.00 deposit. By 10.50am, we are at booking counter and staff photostated our ic, completed the purchase form & cheque for RM30,000.00 issued. Staff give us a file with all kits for buyer in it and ask us to proceed to payment counter and wait for our receipt. Waited for 5 minutes and they said not selling to us at RM900,000.00 but RM950,000.00. New instruction from management according to the payment counter staff. How?? we call the sales person who served us and he took us the price list in the file and in shown RM900,000.00. Then supervisor came out and said sorry sir due to overwhelming respond the top management decided to increase to RM950,000.00 and told me RM50,000.00 is small money ma...haha...what u guys think?? they not gentlement developer or i not lucky?? i think i not lucky kwa...haha..just sharing
