When to my 3SSL unit last Sat and was shock to see that both TNB electric meter and water meter missing. Did any owner here had face the same problem ?...Btw on my way back noticed there are a number of unit with missing TNB meter.

This blardy Mah sing macam macam problems..with that kind of standard mah sing better do low cost housing lah..

I thought they have guards?

Made a complaint to the Management office today on the missing meters. They are now checking whether TNB or Syabas are the ones dismantling the meters.

Erm, I've took my key few weeks ago yet til now still not free to inspect my house. But before that, I just wanna know anyone feel dissatisfied with the road surface condition along the KR palmiera road? As well as those owners who having the problem of sloping car porch?? I said this because I'm the unlucky one who having the extremely sloping car porch unit which can hit my car's bumper every time I drive into my unit's car porch. Can Mah Sing solve this problem for me??

I thought I saw the sloping car porch rectified a few weeks back. On the main road from Tmn. DU into Palmiera, MS must do something about it.

as i know the last dev sold 2.5sty link was at 968,888 vs early buyers at 888k does not make sense for them to sell at 1mil...

however 3sty got unit at 1.15mil ? stock on my hand min edi 1.25mil

Maybe you only selling expensive units one?

they didn't install. they also have not fixed the defects I lodged, it's already 3 weeks+ now
