Don't forget about their WoW MMO mouse.

Is it as bling as Razer and ROCCAT? Most of their products are plain looking anyway, it is all down to whether the user/buyer would accept their design or not. While for Razer and ROCCAT, I think most people don't really have issues with their fancy design.

Somehow I just love the basic steelseries 6gv2, 7g keyboard design. Loved razer keyboard design too but somehow not the BW, Tron or marauder.

Yeah i noe rite? Haha. Razer to me is like apple, the design, packaging etc2 is similar. I wanted the backlight to pair it with my DA mouse

i considert it as bling, as u dont find backlighting in normal cheap keyboards, even the logitech one is 200+ , illuminati is also 120, u can find a backlight keyboard 100below that is new.

I regard backlighting as something essential for use if there is a need. Bling bling on the other hand are those lightings which seem a bit unnecessary and only adds more aesthetic value to a product.

Well, yea depends on how one sees it. SteelSeries did not include any backlighting for their 7G and 6Gv2, so perhaps we could say that SteelSeries didn't think of backlighting as an essential feature?

like the interchangeable light in Kone?
I guess that is their selling point.

still got Reclusa in the market meh~ even in LYP so hard to see one edi~

i still preferred 7g more than bw..think ss product more grand

Just how much the difference in price between 7g and BW with backlight?

I'm interested in both but don't know which one is better. Going through this thread, I understand that SS is a tad better but that's because nobody tested the BW before. Waiting for review from forumers.

everdying has one, around 100-150 price difference , nt confirm, some fourmer cheaper some more ex, play interactive 7g is 579 , some forumer bw is 370 so some 200+ diff.

i have 7g loving it,

7g is cherry mx black, 2 usb 1.1 , audio microphone jack, nkro, , longer wrist rest,
bw is cherry mx blue, 1 usb 2.0 , audio , microphone jack , macros , backlight

bw got two types expert and elite, basicly standard and ultimate.

PLAY Interactive sells the 7G for RM549.

I already tested it about a month ago.
