Razer Black Widow, eh?

yeah, all my predictions came true!

mechanical + backlight + shiny plastic. If the Tron kb isn't due, i'd get this for sure.

marauder probably more for portability... seems to be lighter, and a much smaller footprint compared to blackwidow.. not to mention the blings while playing SC2.. LOL..

the thing is with marauder being USD119 = RM390.
its still pretty pricey just for a 'regular' kb

As the first post i made at here already stated that i turned off the Razer logo light left only the scroll light. It still generate heat from there.

Or my mouse got problem? but my DA used not even 1 week.

are you really sure its not ur body heat?
got leave the mouse alone for awhile and see how?

anyway if the mouse doesnt suddenly catch fire and explode, then nothing to worry about

probably the infrared... its heat

save up abit more la.
there are also other cheaper mech kbs in the market, tho not easily available around here.

at least u know the kbs will basically last a lifetime

and i think u didnt see properly again


meaning the mousepad should be around $40.

every single key is backlit individually.. i think that means 1 LED for 1 key lol..

It's gonna be a fingerprint/scratch magnet again for sure, like most of razer products.

The good thing about "normal" mechanical keyboards is that you can replace the keys, but i don't think you can for this keyboard (unless razer is gonna sell spare keys).

Anyway, i already expected razer to come up with a mechanical keyboard because steelseries's 6gv2 tramples over razer's membrane keyboards like cheap plastic.

oooh, i just noticed the font on the keycaps are Razer's own fonts!

that just upped the cool factor of this kb for me.

If the BW standard edition has exactly the same price as the Imperator, i might consider getting one

I don't think so..
mechanical kb are usually more expensive. Should be around 6Gv2's price..

80USD for a mechanical keyboard? Seems like a good deal right there.
