Got question here,

Why downside(at around the bar-code area) of my DA can feel the heat?

I noticed this because i start using it few days ago, and i feel uncomfortable of the heat at the Mouse pad keep heating my wrist then i start to worry about it.

I though the heat is coming from the mouse pad caused glide too much laugh.gif
After that i check the downside of the mouse and realized the heat is coming from the area i mentioned above.

With latest driver(3.0.1) and firmware(2.41) default setting, just the Razer Logo light turned off.

How was your guys DA react?

Btw, my mousepad is Razer Goliathus Control Edition - omega.

EDIT: Turn-around the mouse and touch the area that i mentioned above then reply now.

Did you feel any heat?! tongue.gif

It should be from the sensor, mine also got slight warm feeling.

BTW, anyone know where i can repair my DA? It's the old version, 3g 1800 dpi. Pressing the scroll button is not really responsive, and I'm having double-click issue.

Warranty is over though..

Thx for reply.

Yeah, i though that too. The heat is came from the sensor(if we are right). Kinda scare that sooner or later it will spoil our DA (Hope its not)

too many mice from razer already.. a keyboard that rivals the SS 7G will be most appreciated! nod.gif

no need for mechanical keys, just give me an arm rest and backlit + multimedia keys is enough for me.

i dont think the cyclosa is mechanical. one thing is dat its too cheap to be mechanical, second, no where did the links mentioned the word mechanical. third, its a different board compared to the one in the vid by everdying. the left side of the board in the vid has some macro-like buttons or some sort. just my two cents though.

if it's anything budget, it's probably not from razer.. LOL..
membrane keyboards are much much cheaper to produce compare to mechanical as membrane is just 1 sheet of rubber dome + 3 sheets of printed circuit film inside, whereas mechanical is individual mechanical switches for every single key..

uhhh in case u cant see properly or didnt read what others have posted before, it is NOT cyclosa.
cyclosa does not have the extra macro keys running on the left side unlike the blackwidow.

and blackwidow is USD129 = RM430.
cyclosa + abyssus = Y299 = around RM150?

oh ya... just noticed... sry~ whistling.gif btw. if this Black Widow comes out... I wonder how will it perform compared to 7G and 6GV2~ hmm.gif but if for me guess I'll still have to settle for the membrane keyboards... considering that mecha ones are really out of my budget~ sweat.gif

Razer Black Widow, eh?

yeah, all my predictions came true! rclxms.gif

mechanical + backlight + shiny plastic. If the Tron kb isn't due, i'd get this for sure.
*
I want the TRON mousepad!!! biggrin.gif but why on earth does it cost more than the mouse?? rclxub.gif pretty unusual for a piece of flat mouse companion~
