hah baru balik from Sony's Multiple Flash workshop... now got new wishlist  : 3x HVL F58, 2x HVL F42 , 3 lightstand+umbrella, 2 Benro Tripod, 2x Softbox, 3x big big light all in one diffuser/reflector, 80pc Eneloop battery, car battery, inverter and lots of eneloop quick charger

testing...my flash....super hard to use!!!....u all using wat shutter speed?...my F42am "Python" set at auto mode..i using manual mode...in low light room..main light source only from windows with curtains lowered...need C& C!  Camera Sony DSLR-A550 Exposure 0.006 sec (1/160) Aperture f/2.5 Focal Length 50 mm ISO Speed 200 Exposure Bias 0 EV Flash On, Fired Exposure Program Manual Brightness Value 1 Max Aperture Value 1.4 Metering Mode Spot Exposure Mode Manual White Balance Auto Flash used wirelessly.. set in front of the model..on the floor...  Camera Sony DSLR-A550 Exposure 0.4 Aperture f/3.2 Focal Length 50 mm ISO Speed 800 Exposure Bias 0 EV Flash On, Fired Exposure Program Manual Brightness Value -3 Max Aperture Value 1.4 Metering Mode Spot Exposure Mode Manual White Balance Auto Flash unit attached to DSLR body..pointing to wall on my left...with my DIY diffuser attached...

bare in mind that nomatter u use 1sec or 1/100sec(assume the flash power is the same)...it wont light up your subject more..instead what light up your subject when u dragging the shutter speed is the ambient light....so if u want your flash to light up ur subject more..imo u shd increase iso or use brighter aperture..or increase your flash power

HSS is for close distance fill-flash only. coz normally HSS will make your background under-exposed,
