errr... shit, i dont remember i did wrote that @.@ but anyhow,... hehehe i brought a benro travel angel CF without my wife knowing.... dunno how to tell her.

the 300G... why did i write that eh? i think typo or that i mis out some letter, maybe 70-300G (accidentally deleted the 70?)

sig, selamat ber puasa yea wink.gif

ahpingko: humble opinion... the subject itself is very attractive, i think any simple pns can shoot that... u need to work on composition more, finding impact u can do with ur camera with that scene. i think the 'key' was 'isolate the BG from the subject' hence why #6 and #7 are good~ but the last #11-14, the subject is interesting, but the distracting BG make it look normal wink.gif

Mikeshashimi: Yeah the thumb drive is cute.

e-jump: No problem man, enjoy!

ahpingko: I love #3 (but with the composition of #2.) #5 is cool, too! I don't get to see many shots from iCity that look like #6 or #9.

I wonder if there is any one tree that you can get all alone without other trees in the background... haven't been there myself.

mastering89: Nice, good separation from flower and background!

I forgot to look at the bottom of the A290/A390 to see but I doubt it would support the vertical grips if it uses the same battery as the A230/A330/A380.

ieR: Nikon's depth of color? How so? (In fact I find it weak in color expression - when I have the time I'll post the results from a xRite ColorChecker Passport with Canon 1D MkIII, Nikon D300, Sony A900, Sony NEX-5, and a Panasonic GF-1.)

If you are seriously looking for a flash then the F58 is the one to get. Once you get this it will end all your flash lusting. It is NOT expensive at all. You can get it around Rm11xx street price and it is much more affordable than the C and N counterparts. Third party brands is cheaper but don't give you full features, like don't have ADI or don't support wireless etc. Most importantly no other flashes gives you the 'cobra' action!! You just have to experience it to know how good it is.

As for comments on A100 users feeling frustrated and jumping ship - I am an A100 user and one of the early Alpha adopters. I don't feel deprived at all. There are way more lenses from Sony than I can ever find use for. So what if C and N brands have more lenses. It's not like I will use all of them. People just like to say things like that but they themselves really have no use for the so called lenses.

I don't do macro so macro lenses are not for me no matter how sharp or how good the macro capabilities are. I have no need for a 300mm f2.8 lens so it's existence do not add anything to my photography experience. Big, heavy zoom lenses are falling out of favor with me so lenses like the 16-35 and the 24-70 and the 70-200G f2.8 are not very appealing to me. So what does that leave me with - a 50mm prime and I am lusting after the 24mm Zeiss but currently that place is filled by a 20mm prime and I am using a friend's Minolta 24-85mm normal zoom which is just nice. Not too big and heavy. These 3 lenses are enough for me. I might want the newly announced 85mm SAM prime but that depends a lot on the price.

So how many lenses do you really NEED? Do you really have to have every lens in a brand's stable to be able to enjoy your photography? If you have more than 5 lenses you're probably more of a lens collector than a photography enthusiast. Take more pics. Not buy more lenses. A photographer knows how to use the gears he/she has to get the pics he/she wants.

i think the resell value is impt..but not big enough to make ppl jump ship..i mean..how many times u need to sell ur lenses..if u do it often..the probably somethin is wrong..lol

but i do think that it'd b good for sony to hv some cheaper lens for eg 85 1.8 for ppl who hv lower budget n couldnt get 85 1.4

I haven't bought but planning to get 1 next month

I think Studio Zaloon gives the best deal after having much survey..

I went to LYP today and just asked a few shops for NEX-3 with twin lens prices.. Their prices is just bad.....

Got 1 wanna cheat me... Say only today promotion for rm2399 which normally they sell for 2699.. ><
Another one just told me RRP price rm2699 and comes with 4gb WTF.. I'd rather go Sony Stylez to buy since they come with 8gb..

And I thought street price is supposed to be cheaper.. Damn it...
Ic, what was the package that they gave you bro?

lol, loads of conmen eh? I plan on getting the twin lens set.

zstan: LOL my friend wanted to sell all his Canon gear but could not because the 3-year warranty was just launched - so his 1-year warranty unit could not sell for his asking price anymore, and people would keep bugging him to lower the price.
