ssup guys. just bought my u68 plan yesterday, and tested the speed at usj17 subang jaya. the speed shown is only 0.38mb down and 0.05 mb up, is there any way to improve the connection, been trying a few spots in my house, but it show the same results. or is it because now is kinda like the peak time of the day?

Your account just got capped so you need to contact their technical support and ask them to check your account. But make sure you check with other area and see if you can get up to 1-2Mbps. If you can, that means your area is congested. |

5GB is too little for 42mbps..
i think for the best fup is 20GB that would be okay for that speed.... why the modem is so pricey eh??? This post has been edited by krypnix: Mar 3 2011, 04:17 PM |

I guess 1 day can finish off 5GB ald. It is usual for new stuff to be pricey. Not to mention that the risk about not functioning well due to the manufacturing defects. |

QUOTE(Quantum_thinking @ Mar 3 2011, 04:26 PM) +10. agreed..im also using YES 4G ,streaming one episode of drama series with medium quality already gone 300mb ++...but the speed is awesome..I guess 1 day can finish off 5GB ald. Not to mention that the risk about not functioning well due to the manufacturing defects. you didnt noticed already using up 1gb data when streaming youtube..HD playback very smooth.. and YES 4G modem far more cheaper..only the data usage are freaking expensive... YES 4G will introduce postpaid plans tomorrow...rumors rm68 for 3.5gb data...dont know their 10gb data price.. we'll see who will provide better plans for ultra hi speed broadband. |

I still prefer to use the prepaid internet. Can easy jump ship if there is any problem with the service. It only take 1 minutes to switch sim cards the data card modem. you didnt noticed already using up 1gb data when streaming youtube..HD playback very smooth.. and YES 4G modem far more cheaper..only the data usage are freaking expensive...
