QUOTE(ahucks @ Jan 3 2011, 07:09 PM) im thinking to subscribe tmnet streamyx 4mb blockbuster deal rm140... sigh umobile now suck...capped speed is to slow not like before Added on January 3, 2011, 7:39 pmat last mine already uncapped... It is Monday already.... It seems that 128kbps is a throttling standard for all Malaysian ISP as it only allows the user to surf (maintaining the "unlimited" term) and reduce the downloading process to the minimum. Seems like a smart move, but users always can have smarter move to overcome this kind of problem.

I think they are huge network maintenance for them where automation need to be stop .
This more easy for the new 42mbps service to come in. I guess the public service release is mid or end of the Jan 2011.

Recently, really upset with Digi. I admit it is my fault i forgot to unsubscribe the RM15/week internet. But when my account is restricted because i did not top up, my internet also being restricted after using it for 2 days. U mobile Prepaid also like this? ( I mean if the sim is restricted, but user subscription for internet have not expire and user cannot go to Internet.)

Hi everyone! U-mobile broadband start data roaming on Digi network already? because just now use my 3g handphone seacrh network, it display two U-mobile 3G and one U-mobile 2G networks. I assume when you use UM sim card and data roaming on Digi it will display Digi networks as U-mobile. If this is true that this is a good news for every UM broadband user.

I have some question for you: 1. How to search the network as you have said? A little bit 2. Have you tried it? 3. Your location?

Still Voice/SMS/MMS roaming only, and still on Celcom. Heard that EDGE data roaming, also on Celcom, is due very soon. This post has been edited by 9M-MAS: Jan 4 2011, 06:09 PM

On my SE handphone, i select > Settings > Connectivity > Mobile Networks > Select Network ...and wait for few minutes am now under Umobile3G coverage. So it is connected to UM's own networks. When you are under Umobile3G coverage you can't force your phone/modem to roaming other networks. This post has been edited by anderson.neu: Jan 4 2011, 06:11 PM

But i am not sure if such function exists for Nokia phones or not. Thanks for replying.
