anyone took loans from uob n started making 1st payment? i got a letter stating interest payment rm13.49 shall b paid by me, due on 16.2.2013, can someone share a light on how to progress?

also, i called peters office more than 5 times b4 cny to look for the in-charge person to get my keys but she was always online or bz, never returned call. bad feeling... but so many holidays, wat to do..

I would suggest you walk in to Peter's office to set appointment for VP. That's what most of us in facebook group is doing now.

i just get to call them yesterday. same no. need to make appointment before getting key. latest appointment is next wednesday.

i paid rm13.xx for the 1st interest, my loan with uob. my date to collect keys is on 27th. for those who called peter office, keep dialing at diff times until they answer ur call. on nlucky days, had been trying about 120-150 call to manage to got thru 1 time. if lucky, few calls will do. during collection of keys, need to bring rm2k(to b safe) to pay maintenance for 4mths, bla bla bla..

I just went to their office yesterday for appointment of key collection. Date given was 8 March. Already paid together all the bills rm1270.

Regarding the bolded text, i hope everyone should read again their VP letter for the due date of payment. Mine was 25th Feb. That's why i just go to pay it yesterday but collect key later.

Hi, anyone taking loan from OCBC, do we need to call the lawyer to advise bank for disbursement as what the call centre told me? Anyone taking loan from OCBC had their loan disburse for phase 2?

Mine is from OCBC. FYI, i already received a letter from OCBC for the disbursement. They also did sent another small memo saying that "change of installment" for such new amount of rm800+

For that 7.5%, developers will pay back to you via monthly basis starting from March for Phase 2. Thay will bank-in to your account given by the "reply slip" that they have requested previously.

we have to pay RM3100 reno deposit+RM100 admin before grill/light/ any renocation works.
