sorry, it's already 59pages, i didn't go back thread by thread to check if anyone has asked this question before. When we purchase the unit, it was mentioned that DIBS during construction and 1% interest rate for first year, any idea how developer will refund the interest to purchaser???

Recently moved in, didn't notice any hawker stalls. Main concern for me, my unit facing 2 mosques, it was very loud in the morning and evening....
