There are ONE THOUSAND plus units here. I do know some of the owners here do bought MORE than one unit. IMO, there is no harm making some "pocket money" here. As one of the owner, i am proud & thankful to be the early bird.

usually last transaction price will reflect in new valuation report .valuation for any property is never fixed . anyway rm1800 valuation charge for the property that less than half million is t TOO high.
