i have received letter from Peters, regarding key collection (Block 7)

inside the letter, there is a bill statement charging for a total of RM 1200++
(things like sinking fund, passcard deposit, water deposit)

Meaning I have to pay this RM 1200++ before collect my key ??

From developer, yes sold out. Subsale, still on sale. You may need to find one yourself. Lots of them already advertised.

yes, hv to pay it.. n also make sure your banker fully disbursed the full loan too...

then only u can make appointment to collect the keys.

defects will take 3 weeks to rectify... fyi. smile.gif

sometimes signing that thick S&P doc also hand pain... dont know buying overseas house got sign this kind of thick S&P doc or not... biggrin.gif

I only checked Standard Chartered. Valuer gave a valuation of RM 320,000 for S2 unit. I'm still waiting as someone on Facebook mentioned that there are few banks giving valuation up till 335k.
