I'm officially a WC-er now! Using my wc rig. What are usual idle temps (i7 930) for a single cpu loop? I'm getting 30 +-2 degrees. How is that fairing?

QUOTE(cheesycake @ Sep 25 2010, 12:38 PM) Cosmos S and ATS840 out of my budget. I don't mind mounting rad either inside or outside of the case but I think if it is outside, the performance will be better? I'm in UK currently and the temperature is around 15 degrees. If rad is outside I think it will cool faster? Which of the recommended models have rad outside? in UK? unfair comparison if so.

Yeah im in UK. I mean, for UK is 30 degrees +- 2 good? My loop is quite short and my pump is at full. I dont know what to expect. haha.
Added on October 30, 2010, 4:48 am15 degrees is outside temp by the way. Room temperature should be 20ish.

Here are 2 pictures. Using Laing D5, Black Ice GT Xtreme, EK Supreme HF Nickel, 1/2 ID tubings, 2x Scythe Kaze Fans. I'm wondering if there is a downside to the loop being too short, but from what I've read the shorter the loop the better right? Currently Pump > Radiator > Cpu > T Line > Pump. Need clarification from TJ-07 users.
The radiator if it's to be installed at the lower compartment of the casing, is there any fasterner needed or just sit the radiator there?
Does the lower side panel vent mesh aligned to the 120mm fan hole?
