why tm point ask me to terminate my existing home line then apply new home line again? (homeline not under my name)
then i will have two home line??

shall i just terminate streamyx i'm using now, then apply cool uni pack?

this is just to make the application easier..if you terminate your current homeline, then you will lose your current phone number..usually people will have 2 phone line to avoid losing their current home number

yes, you can choose to terminate the current streamyx subscription and apply for the coolunipack..you will not lose your current home number

funny, the other day i ask the streamyx person about my 1st month bill and they straight away give 50% discount on 1st month bill, that means they already expect a delay on my netbook? what if the netbook delivered on the given time? will i still be entitled to get the discount?

What does tis mean? How come Team no assign??

all my fren that apply for the package got all thing in package in 1month..tm homeline+streamyx+netbook.
the fastest is in 10days,she is so lucky got netbook 1st, then tm homeline n streamyx.
all of them submit at pandan indah..

why u wait so long?have u go to the tm point counter to solve ur prob?
it is better to go there make some noise than call the useless 100..
they will pay attention to ur complain..(but u will wait damn long at tm point,make sure u go there early)

First they say my address ada masalah (even though i provided the neighbour house number)

Second, the HQ called me and they said they checked so call me go back pandan indah and refer to the agent (this only happened after 2 weeks)

the agent said the HQ dah tutup (4.30pm that time puasa period) so next Monday only submit

then i go ask next monday, she said HQ no response, so maybe after Raya only

so i called 100 again and provide the order number for HomeLine and guess what, they said "sir, the order number is not found"

my current streamyx plan is rm88 for 1mbps.. very long time subscribe already. so wanna upgrade to 4mbps for rm88 also.

once i get all the confirmation.. i'll be applying this coolunipack by next week.

if they say can't find, give them your IC number to check

mine dunno what happened the order number changed to another one, but they can check the new one through my ic
