Make sure that your application is processed. Its very important to have the conformation slip , if you dont have the CONFORMATION slip it simply means that your application is not processed

hi, how can i get the confirmation slip? i only have the carbon copy of the application form. btw, i had been 3month waiting for my unipack!!!

What should I do? I had registered at TM Point Taipan on 7/9/2010. Until now no one from TM call me for streamyx installation.

What do they mean by that & what should i do?

Anyone live around setapak ? ( PV 3,5,6 8 ). I applied 4mbps package but the speed is only 1.7mbps.

Anybody here got problem with AUTO CANCELLATION? I have applied for 2 times but when I phone to check up, they keep telling me I requested for cancellation?

WTF? I call 100 but they said to go back to the TMPoint, at tmpoint they call me to call 100 to check. I am fed up with keep having to reapply!

for my experience... better is directly apply thru tmpoint... i have bad experience for my application via agent....

Applied Tuesday and got a sms saying "processing". I didn't get "conformation slip" when i applied. I did saw like 15 other unipack forms to be processed on the desk.

So my guess is the sms i got was the confirmation slip. So now what? Stuck using shity celcom b.band

Ok so I've registered for the 1Mb line. Tried with the speedtest, I'm getting like 0.27Mb download and 0.35Mb upload. This is worse than 512k line. Location is Puchong. Any feedback from the rest?

now i'm using shitty celcom broadband also.. slow in youtube streaming.. but overall.. better than nth..
