Go to TM point kajang. bug them. make noise. Sg Chua is within TM exchange radius.

Finally downgrade due to connection problem....

2 weeks waiting for hp to call...last2 aku yg kene call,cam arem..

after call yesterday..then today hp call want hantar netbook ni friday...

I think the HP OS (HP QuickWeb) is installed in the bios. Correct me if I am wrong.

But, if you don't like it, you can disable it through the control panel or through BIOS.

disabling it will free up the speed ? has anyone tried it ?? im still in the midst of DL-ing windows 7 so cant try it yet..can anyone confirm ?

I recieved the rental fee for the first month and just paid it, coz they said it's just for the first month and I wont see it again. Second bill came and the fee was still there. Called them and they gave some BS reason and said just pay it and I wont see it again. I emailed them and demanded that the fee be dropped, they replied saying they will (probably) give a rebate in the coming months.

Just email them kao kao. If they dont reply, email again 2 days later. You can go to tmpoint but I hate queuing up.

yup, 1G is a minimum requirement for all 32bits windows 7. i suggest you to create the original win7 recovery disc before continue to another version of win7.

There is one thing let me pissed off.

The online applications and drivers download site for HP Mini 110. For Mini 210, the Recovery Manager can be downloaded online if anyone uninstalled it. But, for Mini 110, the Recovery Manager are not available in their website. That means I have to keep the Recovery Manager permanently without uninstall it.

just to make sure, if the existing homeline is under my parent's name, is it possible to upgrade, provided i submit a photocopied ic of their's and their signature on the form?

if its not, how much does it cost to apply for a new homeline?

now ? still receive RM26 ?

yup, streamyx cooluni can register with the existing homeline, and what you need is provide your parent's IC and a signature on the form. that's all

secondly, if you apply for the new homeline Rm75+RM10 stamp. if i'm wrong just correct me

After all the rough patches that I had to go through, a man finally came to my house 5 mins ago and installed the wifi modem. I am using own my precious Wifi now and it's surprisingly fast! Yay! Now I am waiting for the Netbook to arrive!

Pre-installation:

I did go to Tm Point Bangsar on Tuesday and asked them to re-check my application. Turned out that doofus before didn't even process my form and the lady at the counter found my application form in the freakin' drawer. Thanks to the lady, if it wasn't for her they wouldn't register my application at all ever.


Next to look forward to: HP netbook. *fingers crossed*

TM has already confirm it's 2 years and hp shows 1 year because cannot update in the system.HP has already confirm it's 2 years warranty.Juz show ur receipt to them to repair. warranty TM and HP 2 years

So even if i check my netbook warranty in HP website and it stated for 1 year , still it was actually 2 year right? Which mean i no need to email to Tm?
