sorry is this has been answered before, i find point 1 and 4 on the first page to contradict each other.
just to make sure, if the existing homeline is under my parent's name, is it possible to upgrade, provided i submit a photocopied ic of their's and their signature on the form? if its not, how much does it cost to apply for a new homeline? |
