make a complaint to MCMC http://www.skmm.gov.my/ .....

my stories.... i went to this S******n branch to apply... system down for 3 continuous days on my visiting time ( after lunch hours) .... fed up then make report to MCMC... Next day went make application succesfully... Evening receive call from da Branch regarding the complain and they were asked to look into it seriously... My new line installation and streamyx installation done within 3 working days...... and they called me again to close da case n submit feedback to MCMC....

2 days ready no one call me to update the netbook order

dunno y i cant log in to tmonline or self care log in.....

i just use the usernam n password given to me.... its the same set up in my modem

no mention.... but others... dont simply make complain to MCMC unless tm really providing bad service... my complaint was their branch system down for 4 continuous days at certain time which unable me to do application.... But MCMC request TM to close case until customer fully satisfied.... I received calls from branch manager n oso regional manager to close da case.... and yu guys need to provide detailed information too... dont simply make report that after application no response from tm... of course you have to make calls first...

for some cases where they lost the offer letter or.... defer few sem and still have 2 years more to study... can get a endorsement letter from HEP which stating the study info about the student....

i cant log in to tmbill website with my username and pasword.... streamyx is up for 1 month plus

make report to mcmc.... and request for 1 month full rebate..... since tm said 14 days to deliver da netbook...

did you call them....what they said about da status.... 3 weeks to deliver is quite longer.... they deliver mine in just 2 weeks after order..... call them and ask for the reason.... coz tm give rebate 2 weeks ony

any tm point will do... but to upgrade need to get da same form stamp sign by uni

battery shud last for 3 hours plus......
