Added on July 26, 2010, 6:48 pmI have a friend who applied for 4mbps. They came to fix her telephone line 3days ago. I went to the website given to check on her appointment. Unfortunately, its written there 'No match data found'. Means the person havent update or what?

Finally I've received the netbook today, may I know what is the best and fastest way to request HP to update th netbook warranty to 2 years? Can some one provide the guide? Thank in advance.

i wanna ask that: i've subscribed coolunipack on May 2010, but then i got internet connection problem which can't be solve even the technician tried everything~ and I want to terminate the streamyx~ can i be waived for the Rm500 penalty? since this is the streamyx problem and forced me to terminate~

TM technician come install today but the speed is on 1mb instead of 4mb which i applied...he say my area cannot support 4mb.

Within 2 weeks, 3 days after ur streamyx activated, u can call HP to get ur Web Order No.

seems complicated, best go TM Point and clarify it.

Check ur SNR Margin & Line Attenuation or maybe port fulled.

nvm le..it wont work without GPS receiver. And i install Garmin in my netbook d

guys, if I really wanna backup the Recovery, then I gotta spend 3 DVD disc to backup, becoz the Recovery size is 11.3GB, right?

1 DVD = only 4.7GB
11.3GB = requires 2.4 DVD = 3 DVD disc, correct??
