i just upgrade to 4mbps RM130 laaa..

can i change back to 4mbps cool unipack?someone can comfirm to me ?

I'm currently using CoolUniPack 1MB RM68/mth since Dec 2010.
I just called TM to enquire whether able to upgrade to 4MB RM88/mth or not. But the customer service told me that CoolUniPack is unable to upgrade/downgrade until the 2 years contract end.. T___T

can anyone here confirm is this true?? i want 4MB

Then why most of us here can simply upgrade it without any problems at all... including me...
Just go to any TMPOINT near you and ask them about this matters... Mind you, different tmpoint will give a different type of answer to your question. Some will say can upgrade, while some will say totally cannot... Depends on your luck...

But if I'm not mistaken, those who are using Cool Unipack cannot simply upgrade to the standard BBDeal packages.., as stated in the E-mail that I wrote to TM long time ago...



Perhaps, as I said before, this is due to they didn't have a uniformity for the operation of TMpoint around Malaysia... Or we can say, they practice the 'decentralize' management....

the technician come to my house to upgade my line to 4mbps this afternoon. but now the speed still the old speed 1mbps. actually how long must we wait to have the 4mbps speed?

usually is 2 hrs later...but the technician will tell u within48 hrs...so juz wait till 48 hrs..if after 2 days and still the same old speed, can consider calling the technician or 100

noted. i check at my modem status the line was already capped to 5119 and status at TM SAMS is complete. will wait for another day.

yeap..i tink it shud b very soon...capping at 5119 is the 4m standard i tink..

enjoying my 4mbps speed right now.

Upgraded my 1mb subscription to 4mb on Wednesday and technician came when I wasn't at home today, so my dad let him do his job. Report written there 4275 D/L and 415 U/L.

Dad said the technician said I'll get my speed within 2-3 days. Woot woot!

u will get it within 1-2 hours la..tats wat most of us here get...now patiently waiting for the bill.

3rd day already. Hope they have change it by today since they did said 1-2 days (I assume working days).

Funny thing was, after my previous post here, my speed hit over 400KBps. Next day back to 1mb speed.

Got my 4mb speed. Youtube loads so fast no chance to even pause it when it loads.
