Try speedtest see if they have given it to you. I never knew I got my 4mb till I downloaded update through xbox and it was flying.

just want to tell you all, after EXACTLY 1 month waiting and calling and waiting and calling and waiting and calling.....(ooppsss) my screamyx 4mb once again can be used.

Stupi* TM (for 1 month) keep passing my report each department.....

Go HP. TM will not entertain you. I sent mine last year due to keyboard failure. Directly go to HP service centre/customer centre it will be faster.

TM guys say 2moro will send technician come to my house...and he say if wan change date, thn sms bla bla bla to bla bla bla~ i just try to sms to chg the date to today..but..no reply ~lolz~

Mine took about 1 week since I'm from Sarawak and they need to send to KL.

Bring your netbook and inform them its from TM package one. They will know its 2 years warranty, or just inform them if they ask.
