Guys, I think i have successfully get my upgrade for my streamyx...
but until now i still cant check the status yet...but anyway..i will still go to tmpoint tomorrow to double confirmed...hehe~

nope..the lady told me my area only have 1 4mbps port..but i doubt abt it..
mine area can consider as technology area as most of the government office edi move to here...
nvm la...if i able to get 1mbps..is alr enough^^

I submitted during 19th Jan and yesterday i checked my streamyx..it runs about 1.5mbps...
hehe...i think they alr done my upgrade just i havent get any confirmation yet...

oic..so i guess the new bills will come within the next few days..for the month of janaury i mean..

You have to ask the technician who serviced you. Mine one the technician told me wait 2 weeks, but actually waited next day 6p.m. only. Direct get full 4M speed.

Looks like Kedahan people are great in serious business. For my application since submitted till get full speed, takes 5 days to completed everything. Great to be Kedahan, no racist in here. Hahaha....!!

but after 24hours, yea after few modem restart i got 4mbps line. but i restart modem its gone again. until now. ._.

Haha. Just wait it patiently. Your problem will be solve soon. For 4M, your modem must show downstream 4096. You must keep checking your modem downstream and upstream from time to time.
