My budget is RM300 what gc is recommended ? I wan play mw2 , starcraft 2 n some games

Not really, Radeon HD6850 is designed to kick GeForce GTX460. While Radeon HD6870 is to kick GeForce GTX470.
Radeon HD6870 Non-OC still lose to a GeForce GTX470 OC Edition. While Radeon HD6850 Non-OC also lose to a GeForce GTX460 OC Edition.
But, Radeon HD6870/HD5850 OC Edition will make all the difference again! laugh.gif nod.gif

im opt to 3Dvision since i ordi put budget on the glasses. ill prolly dun mind bout the small performance diffrence between 6850 n gtx460. so ill be goin for 460oc sli when the price is slashed soon.

amd have physx? does it support 3d vision without 3rd party?

lets say i'm using hd5770 now,

what is the next card worth buying? hmm.gif

shud i buy hd5770 to cfx?or hd6870/6850?

no high end card for me,too expensive sweat.gif

Definitely Radeon HD6870!
Radeon HD5770 2x CFX is worthless as it consumes a lot of power and produced more heat. Moreover, not all games are CFX/SLI supported. Also, you might encounter some games have weird behavior with CFX/SLI as well.

in any case,6850 will consume less power than gtx460 tho produce more heat with its reference design fan(according to bit tech)...with sapphire's vapor cooling technology,d heat produce will be even less...

Actually it can last u until 7000 series release. or u crossfire it to counter 7000. But anyhow, 7000 series will be the greatest breakthrough in the graphic history

it's not fail chip, it's "defective chip".
every GPU has his own younger bro.
this is to save cost & up the yield.

5870 has 5850 & 5830, GTX480 has GTX470, 4870 has 4850, gtx280 has gtx270, & 6870 has 6850.

it's a common practice.

Already CF. And yeah, my plan is to skip 1 or 2 gen before buying new gc.. Or maybe until the day 5 out of 10 games that I played don't let me max out all setting at 1920x1080...
