I am not KL people, but i only buy property in KL.... so i also not sure what the highway name...
I want find tenants for my Subang jaya Condo, do you have anyway to find tenants without agent? |

Hi peeps, I was offered a developer unit @ 1570sqft for RM 1M.
2% downpayment with DIBS. Free legal fees, stamp duty etc free 2 carpark, 4 airconds, kitchen cab with hood and hob, master bedroom wardrobe and KLCC view. I m not sure which floor yet. But at 1M, do u all think it's still a good buy? Thanks |

Thanks for the reply bro, from the other thread the price is around 950 psf. So i don't think 1M is possible for 1570sqft unit hehe. We continue over there.

Went to the property fair yesterday, found out that the new project from Arte will be in front of Elements.
This will block all the KLCC view that buyer's invest on the klcc view side?? :s |
