Lowest entry I have got no idea. No rebates. Just DIBS until complete project. No need to pay anything except RM20K. Other being covered by developer.

got 2 scenarios. i dunno who is telling the truth. when go there, its like 95% sold. but somebody here said 70% sold. so worst condition we just consider 70% sold

if u take AKLEH, only 10-15 min to klcc. i used to work there and tried this before at 7am. circle line will also be a walking distance too soon

elements if not using AKLEH = die.kekeke. need to pass through jalan ampang. crazy jam. yes AKLEH is a highway. yes elements is about 4.8km to KLCC i not mistaken
