both are good imho. one question to ask: are you ready to pay installment now or not?

if u take AKLEH, only 10-15 min to klcc. i used to work there and tried this before at 7am. circle line will also be a walking distance too soon

in the future also no issue la. I am sure no building will be built on AKLEH. kekeke

elements if not using AKLEH = die.kekeke. need to pass through jalan ampang. crazy jam. yes AKLEH is a highway. yes elements is about 4.8km to KLCC i not mistaken

Will be near the future MRT circle line. about 400-500m. About 5-10 minutes walk
