i went to the showroom tomorrow and they just launched last week the type J (520sf Studio) and K (825sf - 2 bedrooms). Wonder why the studio is not getting the interest?

ya this is weird rite..? shouldn't the 520sf easier to rent and sell?

I went there 2 weeks ago.....the 520sf studio is only got living room,bath room and a small kitchen.Price is RM390k

I rather go other place to get a condo or landed property!

With M City in front and present a better option and better design. Studio buyer will go for M City first.

but M-city price is abt RM1200 psf compared to RM750 psf by elements.. u think is viable?

for investment purposes, personally i think not worth it to buy, as u can see that area is surrounded by many condo.
for own stay, i think better buy landed property with this value.
just my 2 cent opinion

Lowest entry I have got no idea. No rebates. Just DIBS until complete project. No need to pay anything except RM20K. Other being covered by developer.

erm, the downpayment is only 10k for any units there, and the rest is rebate from developer (90% loan).
quite temp this offer and yet is DIBS...

Ehh.. Is the wardrobe included since from the beginning or only lately (I bought early last yr)? I can only recall kitchen cab and aircon. You mean wardrobe in all the bedrooms?

I am not sure whether it is frm beginning.. But I bought it only last month? Prob u should check e the sales there
