QUOTE(10071985 @ Sep 20 2020, 10:05 PM) Any suggestions of wall light? My 2nd floor ceiling is very high, so wall light makes more sense. But i cant seems to find a good and bright enough wall light. I don't plan to use those florescent tube light Why not use pendant light? I have one area that is 12ft++ tall and I use pendant light which drop about 4ft from the ceiling in that area. QUOTE(aplio500 @ Jan 22 2021, 10:10 AM) Hi all. About 2 years ago i installed L box plaster ceiling with T5 for ambience lighting. I rarely turn on the T5 but i noticed now only around 3~5 functioning. Is it due to the T5 itself or other factor can cause broken the T5 even though rarely use? the T5 ballast dont seem to last long.. have one installed for dresser lighting (seldom use) the ballast (casing) also died fast. tube was OK.

LED strip should be a better idea

T5 short life in my case is the T5 tube batten and T5 fluorescent tube something like - https://shopee.com.my/OSRAM-T5-ECO-14W-BATT...1552.3439740272which I think either I got a bad batch, or the ballast inside the T5 tube batten doesn't seem to last long Recently bought a LED strip (4ft batten) - https://shopee.com.my/product/225126980/4565108929haven't installed yet This post has been edited by ceo684: Mar 19 2021, 12:58 PM

hi.. i'm planning to install this spider pendant light at my living room.. maybe want to install 2 pendants light.. So as per pictures, each of pendant light got 12 bulb.. and i'm planning to put E27 Led Bulb with 10watt or 12watt which is stated save energy.. so my question is, if i install 2 pendants light (consist of 24 bulbs = 12 bulb each pendant), do it consume more electricity?

For warm whits 840 should be fine. This is less yellowish. 827 is an acquired taste. Not everyone can tahan. Dark or not depends on your lumens.

I have a mixture of cool and warm white for the entire house except the kitchen. Indoor ceiling lighting point is cool white. Stand and Table lighting will be warm white. Ceiling car porch and terrace lighting will be warm white Most of time, I will be using the warm white.

The 2 yellow wires go to the switch, red+green+black are the doorbell power. CAUTION : there always is power on the line, you have to turn OFF the point at the DB This post has been edited by stormer.lyn: Nov 9 2021, 07:03 PM

QUOTE(daniel2006 @ Nov 9 2021, 08:11 PM) shit! i dont even see the doorbell switch at the gate... Doorbell switch. When u located the switch/yellow wire stumps, then ready to buy a doorbell - buy the 4-wire type (so the switch run on low voltage, not 230V like the dangerous dinosaur 2-wire type)
