need some advice here, i had already signed up for idigi postpaid yesterday with new number. before this i'm using postpaid with maxis. now i regret, just want to know is it possible for me to port in my maxis number?
sorry what i meant is can i port in my old maxis number to my new idigi? but i already got new number from digi.

Honestly, you will tio penalty RM400 if you terminate your IDigi plan now.

Why not port your Maxis number and make it a supplementary line under your current IDigi line for RM10 access fee or take 1Family RM30 for free calls between your IDigi line and port-in Maxis line.

I think that should be possible.

If you are on contact with option 1, you can terminate it with penalty RM400

If you are an existing Prepaid Hotlink user, u can used the same number and maxis will changed ur sim card to micro-sim, no charges. The prepaid micro-sim is already available.

Hi there, if let say i buy the ip4 outright from maxis and use my existing data plan with digi, do i still need to upgrade to idigi plan?

you need to buy their iphone in order to sign the idigi plan.

Thats why lots of people are selling new Iphone on Garage Sale. Currently Digi is using their ultra low priced plan to lure people to sign up for Iphone.

If you dont use a lot of voice, then might as well sign up for Smart Plan for 3GB of data and pay-as-you-use call.

yes and very difficult when you want to terminate autobill..some customer may need to canx the card and make a new rpl so that the cc number is new so can stop the auto bill. dats all

@ quill now. They have stopped the queue ticket already. Told me to come at 3pm (but no promises)

they have given over 400 queue numbers until now. they advise to come back tmrw.
