Was there at 10AM sharp ... got number 1314 ... and they just started with 1001 ..
There are only around 20+ counters. I've gone home and will go back again around 1PM |

My number was 1314 .... took my ticket at 10am sharp ... after 5 hours .... the number has just reached 1100 ...
5 hours to process 100 applicants + VIP . i headed home again .... i estimate 12AM before its my turn |

Queued up at Quill at 7.05AM and there were already 25 people there. By 7.30, there were almost 50 people. 7.40AM, the staff open the door to let people take number.
