300htt is awesome edi.. even with discrete GC.. around 330ht hard to push edi..or if u have more skill and better HW, can go around 350 (ive seen few cases of ppl here able to go this far, donno oversea forum since not read much nowadays)

yup, true enuf, ram tweakin is always time consumin sir... my fren is havin hardtime to make his dark charcoal to match ya flare sticks... he'll do what ever it takes to hit 1840... even gettin d sticks burnt...

close call between ahsos 880 & giga 870 this time... i will take either one but ram mileage is really impressive for d former. not surprsin thou coz ram tweakin has always been d strong point of ahsos high end board, they're kind enuf this time to implement d same on el cheapo board like d 880 evo. yup, gotta hate d undervolt/overvolt issue but nothing's perfect especially if u consider d price...

but i gotta agree, ahsos has an advantage this time round... 880 cf @ 16x/4x only thou... only 890 cf @ 8x/8x...

i believe both are in d same league, but since ur lookin more into ram oc, imo ahsos is slightly better...

gaygay didn't officially mention cf is supported on their 870, but i think shouldn't be a problem if users ready to give up other pci-e ports which share d same bandwidth as d 4x pci-e port for 2nd gfx.

the CR is always 2t if i want it stable with 1600mhz.. 1t need to add another notch of vdimm.. so i settle with 2t anyway..
those 2 delays i loosened edi.. from 3 (with divider 1333 / 1066) to 4.. if using 1600 divider, auto already at 4 so i dont bother loosen it some more.. since i notice it affect the read and write on everest quite alot... i dont want just high speed but ultra loose timing..

how about the R-to-W dqs cont? i loosen i gain extra speed according to everest..donno the reading true or not..
auto normally at 5 or 4..i loosen to 6 or 8..
anyway ill try posting the cpu tweaker SS tomorow..todays not bring any SS to workplace..so cant post..slightly improve the timing with 1600 divider..

is there any other software to run benchmark on ram only? (and ofkos IMC included but not CPU, or atleast have separate result of ram and cpu just like everest )

waaa... ur pro coz i never tried w/ benchies when i'm pushin ram. me = mat rempit, you = valentino rossi. can't really answer d dqs thingy coz i'm still bz pushin d team dark oem d9gmh, die die oso must match d flare sticks by sir Louis...

u can use sandra memory benchmark too...

ahsos did a gud job on 88td-v evo this time, credits to 'em but boo to distro in sg ...

i want to reach 1600mhz need to sacrifice alot of timing.. if loosen the main timing, xlawa.. if alter the sub timing, no one knows if no AOD/cpu tweaker included

i think evo has an edge coz so far i haven't see much decent freq done on gaygay 870 boards, could be better under d hands of pro but sadly no pro (in forums that i visit frequently) review that board yet. from what i feel, pushin ram on ahsos 880 is as effortless as biobintang 790gx a3+. ofcoz it's harder towards d wall but for mild~mid freq, it's really a breeze...
