some update..just for the silence

i was sked at 1st when the ram couldnt even boot at 800mhz..
just then i realize they not like the 800mhz divider..and 1066 will be only a dream..

old sold giga only able to do 3.2 @1.3v..and this able to use lesser volt..yet not finalize..

last time dont have much time to play with this board.. so fast died..so now torture kaw2..with low volt la

HD4870x2 roughly equal to HD5870 leh.

Oh...it should b very hot..my fren use asus 4870 dark knight alrdy overheating 2 times d..

Added on August 11, 2010, 9:20 amsometime i run this setting stable when prime,but after i let it off a day,then i turn on d pc at run d prime wit same setting,i get a 1 core stop working...but when d pc bcome hot,then its will be ok...is it d processor like it hot???

I got the same experience as you
Initially it was okay, later core 0 always error when prime no matter what I did (increase Vcore, NB Voltage and etc etc)

I would suggest you can think of solution B which is don't bother with it which I did. As long as it don't crash on you

Yesterday i prime it cn reach 800k..so i off it,2day morning i on d pc start prime it,it stop work at core 5,sometime core 3..bt if cont prime more 3 times,then it ok d..is it d processor havent worm up yet..haha..

Thats the thing....why prime everyday? Just let it be.....
If not you will have more unnecessary stress for no reason, then u keep tweaking and still error then in the end have to drop lower than be4 due to CPU degradation, so just let it be (more sleepless nights)

Yup the more u do prime the more component degradation occurs, if u test it to be stable then move on lah unless u made a few changes & tweaks

Haha..good comment..bt even i didnt stress it i jus online usage,after half and hour blue screen..i nt dare to up my volt coz my temp to high d..mayb wait for my new radiator to cont my oc job..haha
