i just bough my HTC desire yest, at midvalley on RM2199.. they gave me toshiba 8Gb for free..but original 2gb is sandisk..is there any prob with toshiba 8Gb compare to sandisk?
and is about the lowyat lauching HTC desire, izzit on last weekend?25june till 27june? no more?? i though of going there to get casemate..>.<!

hey guys, is that anyway to make the clock widget on main screen half transparent?

i just replaced the 2GB sandisk with 8gb toshiba class 4.
no noticable difference except the larger storage.

er.. i think is PDA pro gua.. is a stall, in front of "movie" selling CD,DVD wan..
any prob with that?

no different on brand i guess, just the class.
the class actually represent the transfer speed, u'll noticed it when u transfer file or when u installed apps in sd and launch it. (froyo later)

oic..but how i know the classes of the microSD? it stated in that card?

I bought my Desire on the spot in Maxis Sunway. But waited aroun 50mins to get the phone tho...

I like the salesmen at PDA Expert, but I hate the ones at PDA Pro. Always reply to me rudely when I enquire about stuff from them. Last time I tried to buy from them HTC Hero, got fed up with their attitude then I went to buy from PDA Expert.

immediate stock bro and still got a lot more..i dont have to wait long like ho-ll..maybe i go there early it took me 15-20 minute..maxis sunway only have 2 counter..

I think PDA Expert is the one in front of the DVD/CD outlet.
Anyway the rude ones are the ones in front of the Dell shop.

Yes, on the card should have no 2 in circle for class 2, 4 for class 4, etc.

It denote the min transfer rate well, 2mbps for C2, 4
mbps for C4 etc

I would like to get advice on whether we can use our Desire as a Wifi modem (using the Maxis 3G internet as the Internet Gateway)? Meaning I could connect my laptop to internet via Wifi from the phone.

I have tried today and the Internet Sharing option is not "clickable" - it was shaded grey and I have tried many combination but was unsuccessful. Previously using Nokia N79, I installed an app Joikuspot for this function.

Please help
