Yes, i did...the sync works well for me with the software provided in the sdcard~~

However i dun like using htc sync as when i sync everytime, my contacts will double up~~
I notice when it do sync, it save the contact number in different form .....
In my phone i have numbers like 0123456789 when sync it save as 012.345.6789 or 012 345 6789...
so when i sync for the second time, i will have both number in my phone for each contacts 012.345.6789 and 0123456789
although they linked automatically but quite annoying for me as when i search contacts, they shows up differently~~

It happens to me as well, but that time i was converting 2 hours movie which is around 900mb~~
After that i play using rockplayer, it can play a lot of different files, dont need to convert and no out sync anymore~~~

i dint convert, i play using rockplayer i installed in desire.
I play rmvb file directly using my phone~~

You should try explore a bit before asking, it is more fun and you will find a lot of interesting thing in this phone~~
no offence, cause sometimes i ask noob question also.....
go setting > language & keyboard > swype setting > unclick the audio feedback~~

No, you root your phone to get full excess to your phone....
I think "ahem" version is something like the pirated software you used in your personal computer....
someone buy it or crack it then share it out~~

alarm for me is good just need the phone to be on (no alarm if off, not like nokia)....
some user complaint it snoor just once, but i m ok with it cause i dont need snoozing, anyway there are others alarms in the market with can snooze a lot of times....
mp3 as alarm yes if no mistake ....
The stock alarm i m using is loud enough to wake my whole family up~~~~
