well, TSMC has not been having good yield with 40nm chips since day 1... and the shift to HD5000 and GeForce 400 further strains the situation...

that is why AMD still have loads of RV700 GPU (aka HD4000 and HD5x5v) for the mobility market to save some stocks for desktops, and NV's production of GeForce 400 is not really taking off...

the only solution is probably at end of theyr or early next yr, when TSMC migrate to 22nm...

yes after certain period say 14 days if dell dint receive the suspected faulty parts, invoice will be sent to you.

Of course they are, its like putting 600W PSU on a system that use 500W max load, it will run much cooler

for the cooler many people recommended zalman nc2000..im using cm notepal infinite, so far so good...

the thing that i dont like about cm notepal infinite is the cleaning process, very difficult the get rid of the dust..
