of course it will. but if u do nandroid backup before the rooting process then u just need to restore the backup to unroot it back. (i'm not sure this is the right way to unroot becos i never tried)
another way to unroot probably to flash a new sbf file. make sure to flash the correct one.
all i can say, rooting is a safe process. just dont brick the phone.

"all i can say, rooting is a safe process. just dont brick the phone." What are you saying? That there's still risk of bricking the phone in the process of rooting, but as long as you don't brick it, it's safe?

by bricking the phone i mean doing crazy modifications after you root the phone.
getting root is a simple process. as easy as pressing a few buttons and select an option in the menu and you're done.
when u have root access, all the system files will be accessible or modifiable. if u get adventurous, u will start modifying files to suit your need. but then it is actually quite hard to brick a phone, unless u saja-saja go flash a firmware which clearly not for your phone.

If you flash with GOT modified firmware then you don't need to install vulnerable recovery because its already inside the package. Vulnerable recovery is needed if you flash the original motorola firmware.
