im using russian milestone but after pissed off with moto europe managed myself to get cyanogenmod instead...it takes balls to do it..but thanks to charcoal for the awesome manual i did it..haha..now im pretty satisfy with cyanogenmod..really cool..haha

no more atrix although it is a powerful phone..disappointed with motorola..

for CM6 - i just use the version 0.06 only. more juice for battery life. read 0.07 batt life sucks.
now CM7 out. but lazy to test out as alpha version.still not stable i thinks. but i like the 'CRT old tv style' when off the screen from ginger.looks cool.

how i do get the adb working doh? cannot find the specified path when i key in the command.

Added on February 6, 2011, 8:21 pmdone now on the way to get ! screen appears by pressing power and camera button at the same time, but it boot normally geh. how?

U can use adb to reboot in recovery: adb reboot recovery

Or u could try this commbo: camera + x (gold button) + power

did you flash the vulnerable recovery already?
if follow the steps properly, it won't brick the phone.

it will be very hard to brick your phone. just follow step by step and u will be fine.

anyway, any of you guys tried gingerbread yet? hows the perfomance?

not yet i just transfer the updata.zip and recovery folder to my sdcard from the ADBRecovery. i follow the guide from unlockr.com the website said hold camera button and power button but the ! didn't come out. so come here to ask for help. lol am i doing it right? hmm.gif

just updated to APAC froyo..run quite smooth..not sure it is buggy or not..
any other custom Rom recommended?how is the current cm6?anyone tried yet?

Try Cronos, I find it to be the best performing of the Froyo ROMs available.

The APAC leak is actually quite nice, especially the MotoCam, but I missed the extra features of the third-party ROMs.

Just flashed CM7 last nite. Everything is working fine so far biggrin.gif It's really fast, loving the screen on & off animations. Gimme a few days to test the battery life.

The procedures & files in Unlockr are obselete. Please use the method & latest recovery provided by xxboxx
Getting to the "!" screen depends on wat bootloader ur phone have actually, different bootloader, different buttons to press
