Guys, for the stable Custom ROM use this:
2.2.1 MiniCM-1.0.0-RC1 CM-6.1.3

Tried out the 2.2.1 MiniCM, I gotta say it's blazing fast alright. rclxms.gif

Only annoying thing is it'll reboot once you turn off USB storage. hmm.gif

Some screenshots to share

Yup, correct, you need to root and install xrecovery and the required version of firmware 2.1.1.A.0.6 and 015 Baseband.
and follow the instructions biggrin.gif
QUOTE
Download the latest ROM
Move update.zip to your sdcard
Boot to xrecovery
Make a backup in xrecovery if you want to restore later
Select "install update.zip from sdcard" in xrecovery
Select "Factory Reset" in xrecovery (no need to do this if you are already running MiniCM)
Reboot (first boot will take ~1-5 minutes, wait)
