Googgled around and saw some posts about the same issues.

I think this problem happens after updating to the latest ovi maps that was released last week.

Tried to reinstall the phone firmware via ovi but still the same problem.

Well, I'll have to skip the phone backup for now.

It charges base on which network u are in. If u using other ppl network u will be charge accordingly

check the rate and calculate... each lock require 5kb ~ 20kb

This morning, my 5800XM have no message tone/alert/icon. Iv tried to do hard reset, but no avail after i restored my message.

What could cause this problem?

Nope, nothing wrong with yesterday's or any other day before. Right until now, there is only notification light when the message comes to my phone. But no message tone, message alert and message icon (tegami icon kat right upper corner of screen)

Hy everyone,i have a question.
Does a tweak that enable us to adjust our 5800 or x6 volume while screen is locked exist?
It's tiring and leceh to always have to unlock the screen first before adjusting the volumes.
This feature comes by default on iPhones and even sony ericsson phones..,but why not nokias?

Yeah, mine too, I'm thinking of getting a Sun Global battery, they says it gives more battery capacity (1800 Mah), but my friend who is using a N900 tested and shows that it is only 1300Mah. Any users here? Mind giving some comments on this battery?

Atom is just not quick enough for Flash... kinda laggy... running an Atom PC in office...

i'm looking for that also.. last time sony ericsson have a mute key so can mute it if suddenly like forgot to off in cinema..

try to play the ringtone/msg tone that u set by the music player, if it can't play mean ur mem card corrupted liao loh....

Don't tell me your speaker kong already?
I would suggest you to :
1. test the speaker - try to play a mp3 see whether got sound or not
2. if got sound, try use the default nokia message tone, i am afraid your own message tone may be corrupted

Normally I wont recommend 3rd party battery for phone although they offer 1year warranty. Its quite impossible for them to increase the capacity without enlarging the cell. (Except they come with a new technology)

And not to mention some of these battery quality looks cheap. I wouldnt risk to use it to boom my phone.

but ppls saying itu SUN Global batt is a hoax leh...
technical point of view all same type battery have it's own capacity per weight (energy density), if those SG batt have about the weight then those hoax might be true

i send my phone to repair but the technician say cannot repair cause water went into my phone
