C6 firmware on 5800 has the "menu button + slide unlock" features like C6?

so fast...me just update to V51 yesterday...haih...

C6 fw on 5800 reporting in....this is so much fun.

Haih...the C6 FW on my 5800...Facebook app not working.
Others work as good.
New interface & like a brand new phone.

I asked myself....how to revert back to 5800 FW V51 ?
Need to do some homework, gonna be busy.

Haha...for me, only the Facebook widget not working jer.
Others work flawless...email with link, can connect direct to Web.
With 5800's FW, always got broken link.

Performance is Fast & I feel battery last (at least for me - up to now).

Worth trying.

I check Xtension's firmware, don't see how to do it. Mind to share how to do it?
I believe it's a good CFW. May consider to turn my C6's CFW on my 5800 to Xtension's.

I've my facebook widget worked. But it drain my battery very much. Can u comment on yours?

I hardly use the stylus. Fingernail is more convinient.

Then should set back up daily. I've just set every midnight.

The thing is which is the suitable font? I've tried export my 5800's DGfont, integrate to C6 CFW, things got worst. The whole phone language gone hairwire. Onlu show square square. Any of you have solution? For proper display of Chinese Character?

I have Epikcase with my 5800 since I bought last year. It work very well to protect it. My kids hold & drop on floor also no problem. Well, just luckily side down & not on the screen on any edge la...touch wood...

I'm still testing the mentioned CFW since yesterday night till now. I found out several issue :
1) Music Player - not working. It don't refresh, even I refresh manually, it's stated File Corrupted. With original CFW, it refresh the 1st time I use the player.
2) Battery drain off much faster then Ori C6 V11 CFW
3) Not able to back up from File Manager for setting, contact, message and so on.
4) Express Music soft-touch not working or disabled.
5) No File Browser


Beside the above, I am able to view & write Chinese. It's fonts are nice & easy to read.
I may consider to revert back to C6 V11 CFW with NFE's export this CFW's fonts & Prcchinese & cook into the ori C6 V11 CFW.

Shall see if possible to get this right.

Have you updated the firmware? Or using CFW?

I've found a simpler way to have viewable Chinese Character. Just follow below steps :
* Make sure you have cooked your ROF2 with RM-612.lang

1) Connect your phone or memory card to your computer.
2) Go to (memory card) e:/resource/fonts & delete all the files [or create a "fonts" folder if it doesn't exist]
3) Download this FONT & copy to (memory card) e:/resource/fonts
4) Make copy 3 similar files & re-name each of the file to : s60snr.ttf, s60tsb.ttf, s60ssb.ttf & s60ZDIGI.ttf
5) Restart your phone.

There are some symbol not integrated in this font - if you notice, the HS "profile" logo & alpha numeric keypad "space" both are not properly display the symbol.
But hey, they solve viewable chinese character.

For me it serve as tentative solution while waiting for much improved CFW.

Froyo...let it cook in Desire.

After sometime running c6 cfw v11 I feel it's getting slower.
Anyone have that problem?
