the blues back is not up to par and unlucky for the miss kick from the WH stricker... felt that ramirez is not the fit role to play, he should play more up as there is essien and mikel... still think yossi best fit the lampard role...

yup. quite agree with this statement. btw, it is still too early to judge him. i really hope ramires can be a utility player (can play AM, CM and DM position). it will be a bonus!

the goal againts is quite a good judgement by SP. but i still think that today chelsea playing so-so againts a team like WH. we were lucky on the hit the bar... this is 1 of the days that chelsea is walking a park on we lead so early...

as usual essien still the best and hardworking player... this season he should be the 1 that watch for...

another 3 points and only contender to us will be the gunners...

It's abit weird to see Iva start on Alex position.
I am wondering is Carlo gonna change our defense a bit? Maybe like
Bos-Iva-Terry-Ashley

No place for Alex. I've no idea.

4th consecutive wins.....but 2nd half chelsea seems a bit laid-back....ramiries full game played...need more time to suit BPL for him....kakuta almost score a goal...frustrated at conceding goal..cech shud have done better!....surprised to saw malouda in bench..kalo shud be super-sub only...essien at his best....12 pts.....and thx to everton what a fight back......were are lucky too..almost won 3-2 westham....bye & good nites....

Guys

Enjoy the win in our own thread, no need to take the mickey from any other threads/supporters. Better to share victories with fellow fans, esp those who stick by the team through thick and thin.

Not our usual best today. I think you can see that the boys slowed down a gear or two after netting the 2 goals. West Ham had the better possession with the ball and we were left to chase the ball around. I'm thankful we got the 3rd before we conceded our 1st goal this season, it could be a different ball game if the score was 1-2. What a way to concede a goal by the way! Ex-Chelsea player, Scott Parker. Quite a cheeky lob that.

PS: Did anyone notice Drogba's torn jersey at the armpit area? Now that's CLIMACOOL!

i did notice drogba playing a bit different today. more agile and pacey. not like his usual play. thats why he torn his shirt i guess. LOL
