In Mourinho's era, on a good day, the max we will score is 4. After that we will shut up shop. At one point when we were having a decent run of goal-scoring form, the fans chanted 'We only ever win 4-0'. laugh.gif

a story to tell u guys...

met shebby singh last friday while i was walking in a mall in sg..
approached him and then ask him what he thinks of our good start to the season..
as usual with his anti chels antics he said though we started well eventually we'll lose steam n bla bla bla..
then he started talking bout how good his tottenham was winning 4-0 against those young boys...
see see last nite they lose 1-0 against the team we hammered 6-0 at HOME...

i believe this is KARMA!!!!!

What do you expect from a Spurs fan? Of course he will be impartial towards the team that he supports. laugh.gif

quite a big double decker bus parked by stoke. can't really blame them though. and who else but malouda to get the opening goal with a sweet sweet finish. was shocked for awhile when lamps missed the pen. turns out he was carrying an injury and probably shouldn't have taken it. good thing the impending op will only take around 2 weeks for him to recover with an international break nicely sandwiched in between.

who would've thought we'd be happy with an international break aye! laugh.gif

lovely weighted pass by JT to malouda for the goal as well. mikel had an imperious game in the middle, along with the bison who was his usual tough as nails self. nico was outstanding, and his lovely cross planted straight on didier's head should've been put away although the drog made up for it by dispatching the pen. it was the frenchman's intelligent run that forced sorenson to rush out, and i have to admit for a moment it looked like nico wasn't going to get there. well he did, and sorenson didn't have much to complain about. oh and shawcross was lucky not to be sent off for giving away the first pen btw.

low key debut for our new no.7. kalou should've put away that chance after he superbly wriggled through 2 defenders! did the hard part, but couldn't finish. studge looked positive with a shot smashed across goal and anyone gambling in the middle would've gotten a tap in. overall a good performance against a massively disciplined team smile.gif

bah. he wrote us off before the start of the season, hell, he didnt even include us in the top 5 when asked. shebby is a lousy pundit. for how many season have we been in the top 2 recently? even a monkey would know we'd be in the top 4 if not the champs.

there is no official news on the Franco been sold... but for 2 mil, seems little tongue.gif

the game againts stoke, just that we have the good to go, just that the ball is not back at the net, a.cole volley - hit the bar, drogba header direct to keeper, kalou rush in - should be trick the keeper.

i guess, with the injured lampard during that game, the team got lost abit, as most of the crucial open cross is done by lampard... hope he recover fast and get back to his form...

Mourinho being Mourinho, I would not expect anything less of such statements from him smile.gif

As for Shebby, he has been anti-Chelsea all his life, couldn't blame him as he is an ardent Spurs fan. Good thing is that, he can have his Spurs and keep it, I don't think he will have any reason to cheer as Spurs continue to flatter to deceive.

And an update on our away and 3rd kits, it's already in @ Adidas boutiques in KL! rclxms.gif

Brana is out for 6 weeks.. Hmm.. with Paolo not consistent and having problem to deal with pacey winger, I afraid he might be having problem for our next trip to Eastland which is in 4 weeks time. With tricky Johnson adn speedy Wright-Phillips, I truly afraid they are going to skin Paolo alive, just like Bale did last year. And looking at his performance against Stoke, I truly afradi this.
Hopefully Bos can gain his full fitness by then. After Eastland we are going to have Marseille and Arsenal at home, before travelling to Villa Park.. This would be the time to see our true potential.
