When you applied to open CIMB FastSavers Savings Account via CIMB Singapore internet banking website, what additional steps did you perform in order to get CIMB Singapore ATM card?
I did not receive a CIMB Singapore ATM card, so I may have missed out the required steps.
I am interested in only CIMB Singapore ATM card, since the card seems to be issued free of charge, as compared to CIMB Singapore debit card with SGD 10 issuance fee.
Thank you for your information. smile.gif

there are no special/ extra steps to get the ATM card, when you're signing up for CIMB StarSavers (Savings) account, there will be a question in the digital form, "would you like to have an ATM Card", click on yes and after your account is approved, the ATM card will be snail mailed to you

Thank you for your information.

So, it seems that CIMB Singapore ATM card is given for the applicants of CIMB StarSaver (Savings) Account, not the applicants of CIMB FastSaver Account.

Dear Sir/Mdm

Thank you for your email.

We wish to inform CIMB Singapore only provide ATM card and does not offer Debit card/NETS /Pay Wave facility or online payment. The ATM card is solely for cash withdrawal purpose from the ATM machine at CIMB Bank Singapore or Overseas.

Please be informed that issuance of ATM card for CIMB Singapore will depend on the type of account you hold with the bank:

For CIMB FastSaver account, this is an online account therefore there will be no ATM card issued with it. If you wish to obtain an ATM card, there will be a one-time processing fee of S$10.

For CIMB StarSaver account, ATM card and pin will be mailed out to the registered address within 5 to 7 business days upon account activation.

In the event if you wish to apply for the ATM card, please contact our customer service hot-line as indicated below. Our officers will perform a simple verification and assist with your ATM Card request.

Should you require further assistance on this matter, please feel free to call us (open Mondays to Sundays between 9am and 7pm). You may visit our official CIMB Singapore website for our banking hotline number or reply to this email.

We look forward to serving you again soon.

adding payee to sg bank (cimb, ocbc, maybank) really need to wait for cooldown.
different bank have different cooldown time.

its a security feature that you cant bypass.

if you need to transfer money immediately, you can transfer directly, without adding payee

CIMB SG Fake 3.5% promo officially ended yesterday for those started in August 2023. Those with huge savings may now pull your funds out in search for better alternatives...

Those started in September 2023 still have one more month to go.

The last bonus interest is in yesterday for those started in August 2023.

nowadays it is so convenient.

those days when I wanna open Singapore Bank account, I have to travel physically to singapore and talk to the officer there. Then they "interrogate me" the reason to open a singapore account as I don't work there and im not a singaporean or PR.
