Yeah, we have done that, scanning the IC a few times at an odd angle,.. and make the IC fit in nicely into the odd rectangle. Emm,... the odd rectangle is actually called a trapezium. The trapezium appears on the screen of our phone, and we put the IC flat on a table. Then we will tilt our phone 'to fit' the flat IC on the table into the trapezium image on the screen of our phone.

Still says : scanning image failed.

Can we use an Android phone ? Or it has to be an iPhone ? Any difference here, bro ?

my personal experience it's totally random. i took multiple times across many days, kept getting error - either scan fail or fail to proceed after that. then one fine day suddenly successful.

I guess they haven't really improved the process. It was like that when it was first released too. I used android.

All the more reason to keep sending money overseas. Not worth keeping in Malaysia.

Hi! Any idea why CIMB Sg account can't be used for DuitNow transfer? I've actually registered for PayNow in CIMB Sg using my Malaysian number but got mobile number not valid message while trying to do transfer from M2U website.

Tried this just now. I have an OCBC sg account on local +60 number, but duitnow can't find the number. Do I need to sign up something extra?

how much do you guys usually transfer in one shot... if 20k myr, will kena flag ah?

I did max limit RM30k on MoneyMatch before, no issue. According to Sunway Money, if you do KYC face-to-face, you can send RM50k daily instead of just 30

so they will know yr total amt in SG more than in Msia.

so make sure u are able to justify
