Yeah , some of the product only reserve for citizen, same as thai bank some of their products are only open for thai, foreigner not able to subscribe. Even worse some of the banks do not give online banking. Only passbook and atm.

Just curious, if you already have iSavvy, why do you still need another CIMB account?

own preference:
1) i dont like the digital security token, in case of run out of battery, then you need to mail back it , and wait for a new one, sorta troublesome for me. CIMB can use the app digital token
2) iSavvy got minimum amount to main, SGD500, fall below got charged SGD 2 / month, mean die die u need to put SGD 500 untouch in the account, CIMB no fall below charges

iSavvy can use SMS token.

To keep account active (prevent it from becoming dormant) by transfering money back and forth form one account to another.

My device token Kena barred as key in three time wrongly which I believe the token was not correctly synced.

Call them up and get it unlocked? Maybank cs is pretty responsive and helpful.
