So far my 4 Mbps is tested running with Linksys WRT54GL with DD-WRT no issues, with Asus RTN-16U with DD-WRT no issues .

Same settings also goes to my UniFi Biz5 with VLAN Bridging mode also no issues

That streamyx guy told me Innacom kenot use one, wifi signal lost alot when u put router on the floor.. Ur pc must sit as close as possible to router.

Finally got my promised bandwidth after haselling with TM customer support.


Anyway, anyone using the Zyxel modem/wireless router they provided ? Seems I can't browse the Internet, connect to YM or play Starcraft online once I enable uTorrent. All works fine once I disable the uTorrent application. I had to reconnect my previous ARNET modem with my Linksys WRT54G wireless router to get everything working again. Known issue ?

Is that TM now still got service interruption?
My speed always between 1.2-1.6, restart modem first 5mins will get full speed, after that speed test again will drop to 1.2-1.6, called the technician guy and 100 but what they told me is currently TM got service interruption issue over the whole Msia?? Is that real??

Having serious speed problem here in Kelana Jaya. highest i get is 1.5Mbps.

hi currently i am using 1 mbps i want to upgrade to 4mbps streamyx how many days does it take to upgrade? do they disconnect the line for some days before upgrade what are the procedures?

You're not the only one in KJ with speed problems.

I'm quite jealous of your 1.5mbps sad.gif I'm lucky to get 0.5mbps at the moment.

Just got my 4MB streamyx installed over the weekend since Unifi is not activated in my area yet.

Is ~400 KB/s download speeds considered "normal"? I used to get ~160KB/s on my previous 1MB streamyx which I had to disconnect as I was renovating my house for about half a year..

Yeah normal depend on how fast u are being capped at the modem izzit 4024kps ?

Just got the DSL-2640B modem with the Streamyx 4mbps plan. Is it safe to flash the GE1.07 firmware with the official DLink 1.00 one? Got disconnected twice on the main PC edi and the dlink one apparently fixes this.

Am in PJ currently using 4Mbps.... its so SLOW for both local and international site....

Anyone facing the same problem??

I can't find any announcement in TM's website!
