And that new 740QM is like my 820QM except that the 820 has turbo boost up to 3.06Ghz and a 8MB Cache.... But then theres a 840QM... Cannot chase so much cos even those with 920XM has a 940XM Replacement. Later there will be a 960 and 980 so we'll always be in a dilemma...

let's wait for the 980XM lah~

I'm expecting Alienware to include GTX 480M in m17x sooner.

but alienware had just refreshed the crossfire update. i guess they wont include 480m in the near future....

Dell might not be but I bet there'll be some others who dare to slap in the 480M soon~

guys is it possible to replace m11x r1 ram from 1066mhz to ddr3 1333mhz?

it wont run at 1333MHz.. maybe can run at 1066MHz with OC..

because the ULV procs only support 800MHz FSB what..

1066 is enuf for a mini netbook~ consider lucky as others only hav 800MHz~

maybe you can try to change the MoBo too, slap a gtx480m, i7 940xm, then it can run 1333mhz =)

lol... for my M15x I want a 980XM + 480GTX + 1600MHz~
if AMD platform I'd go for the Phenom II 1090Tm + 5870 + 1600MHz too~
