maybe u should try backup and reset all.. works fine on mine.. i got about 6 games installed with major apps but still have 50MB left.. i realy dunno what went missing.. maybe i messed up during the 1st few days getting this android phone.. my 1st android.. lol.

How long it take for Desire to refresh FB contacts into the phone?

im not pretty sure wut u mean cuz i hide my fb contacts from my phonebook cuz its getting messy.. instead, i link the numbers i had in my phone with the corresponding profiles on fb.. there is a link option there in the contacts of each..

it is in the star variety newspaper at the movie part...

if in the star then can try search in their online edition and scan it from there...

any news from the yellow camp yet?

i'm quite skeptical about the yellow camp. i don't think they'll push for desire anytime soon... and even if they do, i don't think there'll be any promo hebat...

reason being:
1. yellow is now pushing for the first operator to provide mobile wifi
2. yellow's Smart plan for BB 9700, 9520 and HTC legend is not that popular... i don't know how they'll wanna push for desire
3. yellow's still pushing hard for their iphone.. i went to sunway and 1U during the weekends... it seems they're running low on 3GS stock

but i do hope they'll prove me wrong and come out with a better price!

Allow me to clarify. I hide those fb cobtacts too. But say, i hv fb phone contacts of James. Then i add James in fb. When i wanna link, i cannot find James's fb. Sometimes its very smart, can suggest fb to link. Sometimes cannot.

It's like tht, I did the linking to all my contacts with FB, kinda handful now, will update their photos when i dial them...nice..

yup.. the same thing here.. at 1st the thumbnail quality is bad.. but after few sync it will improve to full quality..

yeah linking the fb contacts is quite cool. I was surprised that all my contacts already reappear b4 transferring them from my old phone. then i found out that google already updated every contact that linked to my gmail acc via fb. Cool.

everytime I try to make a call or receive a call,
the speaker phone turn on automatically so everytime I need to press to off the speaker before pick up the call,

so how do I disable the speaker phone from automatically turn on?

Tested Juice Defender and UltimateJuice today and so far it's working great! Highly recommended for desire fans out there who wanted to get an extra juice from their battery power...
